Rett Coluccio, Principal
Rett has spent the last 20 years working in the real estate field, with a specific focus on land and entitlement projects throughout California. After spending several years as a top performer at a leading land brokerage firm, Rett was a founding principal at Province West, a residential land brokerage company, formed in 2009. Over the course of his career, Rett successfully managed the closing of hundreds of real estate transactions totaling thousands of acres of land for consideration measured in the billions. Rett has an extensive background in the positioning and disposition of numerous high profile land assets through Southern Califonia.
Rett is a licensed California real estate profession with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Financial Application from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He lives in Newport Beach with his wife Lindsay and their three children Casey, Dylan and Quinn.
Chad Coluccio, Principal
Chad’s career experience is in loan sale advisory, commercial real estate loan origination / underwriting and joint venture equity placement. Chad most recently spent 13 years as a Managing Director at Mission Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for closing billions of dollars in loan sale transactions across the asset class and performance spectrum, working with notable financial institutions and private equity / hedge fund firms on both the buy and sell side. Prior to Mission Capital, Chad was a founding partner of a commercial mortgage brokerage firm, and spent time at Citibank. Chad has extensive experience throughout the real estate and capital markets industries.
Chad is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California, with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He lives in Newport Beach with his three children Chloe, Bobby and Clementine.
